1 General Provisions

2.4 Verification Process

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After successful verification, vs74 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, in some cases, additional time may be required due to security checks.

4.4 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the deposit. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances, in which case additional verification will be required.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears to be fraudulent, unusual, or indicative of money laundering, vs74 may suspend that transaction and investigate the associated account. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit at vs74, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specific time period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Some games may have restrictions on bonus wagering — please read the detailed terms of each promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• vs74 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any winnings earned from bonuses in the event of a breach of bonus-related rules.

5.4 VIP Program

vs74's VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback benefits increase as members advance to higher tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Through regular and active participation, members can advance to higher VIP tiers. Additional benefits and personalised service are available at each tier.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on vs74 are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed within the game.

6.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of all sports markets, including cricket betting, is determined based on decisions by the relevant governing body and official results. If an event is abandoned or suspended, vs74 may refund the bet amount in accordance with applicable rules.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical issue occurs during a game, vs74 will make a decision after investigation. Bet amounts may be refunded for rounds that were not validly completed. Abnormal winnings resulting from software errors may be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs74 platform:

• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a minor.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Bonus abuse — such as creating accounts for the purpose of repeatedly claiming bonuses under the same terms.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
